The Genius Roof SpeedFlash® is a patented flashing solution developed to simplify solar panel installations on natural and composite slate roofs. Unlike traditional flashing methods, the SpeedFlash® allows installers to fit roof brackets without removing or drilling through slates, helping to reduce installation time by up to 60% on retrofit projects while maintaining a fully weatherproof installation.

Designed for use on slate roofs with a 3-inch headlap, the SpeedFlash® preserves roof integrity by preventing water ingress and avoiding load-bearing through the slate. Each kit includes everything required for installation, including the SpeedFlash® base and cap, foam insert, spring support, two shims, and a galvanised steel shield to protect the slate during cutting. It is suitable for 18–24 inch slates and selected 16-inch slates where compatible roof brackets are used.

Delivery information

Mounting Deliveries

Mounting component deliveries will be made using DPD next day for orders placed before 1pm. Deliveries of rail will have to be made using a private courier - get in touch to discuss options.

Mounting Returns

If for whatever reason you would like to arrange a return of your order this must be done at your own cost. The return period is 30 days from date of delivery. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded, given sufficient evidence (images) has been provided to us within half an hour of delivery. Once they have been returned to our HQ at Power Warehouse, 3 Houghton St, Oldbury, Birmingham, B69 2BB we can go about arranging a replacement or refund. Please get in touch prior to shipping any goods back to us.
