Battery Delivery

All Battery deliveries will be completed using our trusted pallet network. Price is quoted at cost relative to postcode and deliveries are on a 2-day service as standard for orders placed before 1pm. Get in touch if you require a next day service or a specialised delivery quote on batteries as well as other components. Please note we can also offer a same day service if needed - get in touch for more information. Pallet deliveries can take place anytime between 9-6pm. Please check Tail-lift at checkout if required at delivery address, if this is not checked our couriers will be expecting a forklift on site to unload goods.

Battery Returns

If for whatever reason you would like to arrange a return of your order this must be done at your own cost. The return period is 30 days from date of delivery. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded, given sufficient evidence (images) has been provided to us within half an hour of delivery. Once they have been returned to our HQ at Power Warehouse, 3 Houghton St, Oldbury, Birmingham, B69 2BB we can go about arranging a replacement or refund. Please get in touch prior to shipping any goods back to us.
