The Hinen B5000D-W IP65 5kWh Low-Voltage Battery is a robust and scalable lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery designed for residential energy storage systems. Featuring a built-in DC breaker, it provides enhanced safety and simplifies installation while delivering reliable backup power and increased energy independence for solar PV systems.

With a usable capacity of 4.6kWh and a 1C charge/discharge rate, the B5000D-W offers fast charging and efficient energy delivery to maximise the use of your solar generation. Its modular design allows the system to be expanded from 5kWh up to 50kWh, making it suitable for both new installations and future system upgrades.

Designed to perform in demanding environments, the battery features an IP65-rated enclosure for indoor and outdoor installation and operates in temperatures from -20°C to 55°C. An integrated intelligent BMS continuously monitors battery performance, while a comprehensive five-layer safety system—including temperature monitoring, over-current and over-voltage protection, physical short-circuit protection, an internal aerosol fire extinguisher and a decompression valve—ensures dependable long-term operation. Remote monitoring and firmware updates are available through the Hinen App.
