The GSE Pre-Compressed Seal Roll (5.5m) is a genuine GSE Integration accessory designed to provide a complete waterproof perimeter around in-roof solar PV arrays. Manufactured from pre-compressed EPDM foam, the seal expands after installation to fill gaps between the flashing and roof tiles, creating a long-lasting, weather-resistant barrier.

The seal is pressed onto the edge flashing sections during installation, helping to prevent the infiltration of water, dust and debris while maintaining the integrity of the roof. Suitable for both residential and commercial installations, it forms an essential part of the GSE Integration in-roof system.

Delivery information

Mounting Deliveries

Mounting component deliveries will be made using DPD next day for orders placed before 1pm. Deliveries of rail will have to be made using a private courier - get in touch to discuss options.

Mounting Returns

If for whatever reason you would like to arrange a return of your order this must be done at your own cost. The return period is 30 days from date of delivery. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded, given sufficient evidence (images) has been provided to us within half an hour of delivery. Once they have been returned to our HQ at Power Warehouse, 3 Houghton St, Oldbury, Birmingham, B69 2BB we can go about arranging a replacement or refund. Please get in touch prior to shipping any goods back to us.
