Cable Delivery

Cable delivery will be made using DPD Next Day as standard for orders placed before 1pm and weighing less than 30kg. Any larger cable orders, more than 30kg will be sent with our trusted pallet network on a 48hr service as standard. Price is quoted at cost relative to postcode. Deliveries can take place any time between 9-6pm. If a specialised delivery is required please get in touch to discuss your options.Please check Tail-lift at checkout if required at delivery address, if this is not checked our couriers will be expecting a forklift on site to unload goods

Cable Returns

If for whatever reason you would like to arrange a return of your order this must be done at your own cost. The return period is 30 days from date of delivery. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded, given sufficient evidence (images) has been provided to us within half an hour of delivery. Once they have been returned to our HQ at Power Warehouse, 3 Houghton St, Oldbury, Birmingham, B69 2BB we can go about arranging a replacement or refund. Please get in touch prior to shipping any goods back to us.
