The GSE Rooflex Flexible Sealing Strip 330mm × 5m is a genuine GSE Integration accessory designed to provide a continuous waterproof barrier around in-roof solar PV arrays. Manufactured from a highly flexible, lead-free material with a high-adhesion butyl backing, it easily conforms to roof tiles and slates to create a durable, weather-resistant seal.

The Rooflex strip is typically installed along the bottom edge of the PV array where it seals the transition between the GSE trays and the roof covering. It can also be used along the top edge of the array as an alternative to traditional upper flashing components. Pre-bent for easy folding and alignment, it is lightweight, easy to handle, and suitable for both new installations and retrofit projects.

Delivery information

Mounting Deliveries

Mounting component deliveries will be made using DPD next day for orders placed before 1pm. Deliveries of rail will have to be made using a private courier - get in touch to discuss options.

Mounting Returns

If for whatever reason you would like to arrange a return of your order this must be done at your own cost. The return period is 30 days from date of delivery. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded, given sufficient evidence (images) has been provided to us within half an hour of delivery. Once they have been returned to our HQ at Power Warehouse, 3 Houghton St, Oldbury, Birmingham, B69 2BB we can go about arranging a replacement or refund. Please get in touch prior to shipping any goods back to us.
