Delivery & Returns

Electrical Ancillary Deliveries

All Electrical Equipment deliveries will be made using DPD Next day for orders placed before 1pm as standard

Electrical Ancillary Returns

If for whatever reason you would like to arrange a return of your order this must be done at your own cost. The return period is 30 days from date of delivery. Damaged goods will be replaced or refunded, given sufficient evidence (images) has been provided to us within half an hour of delivery. Once they have been returned to our HQ at Power Warehouse, 3 Houghton St, Oldbury, Birmingham, B69 2BB we can go about arranging a replacement or refund. Please get in touch prior to shipping any goods back to us.
